SHIPPING: We ship our coffees Fedex Ground for fast delivery of your freshly roasted coffee order. Other non-coffee items ship either Fedex, UPS or U.S. Post Office, depending on the size and shipping destination. Some non-coffee items may also ship Fedex as well.
RETURNS: If you have a problem with an item you purchased from our store, please contact the manufacturer directly according to the warranty information (where applicable). Machine sales are final. Coffees and food items cannot be restocked and resold. Therefore, coffee and food item sales are also final. If you are not happy with your purchase of coffee or other tangible product, please let us know by email at customerservice @ alottacoffeebeans.com. We will do what we can to remedy the issue.
